Supported the implementation of sustainability and ESG strategies aligned with the EU Green Deal, Farm to Fork and CSRD. Led sustainability initiatives integrating ESG principles into commercial and operational activities, including carbon programs, food chain projects and biologicals, working closely with growers and cross‑functional teams. Collaborated with Marketing, Commercial and Regulatory functions to embed sustainability KPIs into business planning and engaged national stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture tools aligned with EU priorities.

Enhanced institutional positioning through sustained dialogue and technical engagement at EU level. Participated in Agri‑Fish Council discussions and EU trilogues, supporting Ministry officials and Spain’s Permanent Representation on key agricultural files. Moreover, contributed to the Committee of the Regions’ work, ensuring regional priorities were reflected in EU negotiations.

Led cross‑functional projects on sustainable agriculture and innovative technologies, supporting interbranch crop organizations, livestock producers and emerging solutions such as biologicals, new seed technologies and bioenergy. Represented farmers and the association before EU authorities and key stakeholders, contributing to high‑level discussions. Supported the advancement of European agricultural activity by aligning positions with the CAP, EU policies and relevant trade agreements.
